CEDAR SPRINGS – City officials are inviting proposals to redevelop the longtime City Hall property at 66 S. Main Street, marking a significant opportunity in the heart of downtown. The Central Business District site includes two structures: the former municipal office building and an adjacent cold storage warehouse, which may be purchased together or separately. The city will retain the public parking lot adjacent to the buildings.
