City Hall Remodel Remains on Track for March Completion

CEDAR SPRINGS — Progress continues on Cedar Springs’ future City Hall at 130 W. Muskegon St., as the city’s conversion of the former Rowland’s Surplus building moves through major structural phases on schedule.


The project is designed to consolidate city services and modernize workspaces inside a historic structure that originally served as a public works building. Construction Simplified remains in charge of the remodel, and the team says the job is on time as multiple trades coordinate in a tight, century old footprint.
