CEDAR SPRINGS — The Cedar Springs City Council held public interviews on Thursday, May 7th where they appointed two residents to fill vacant seats on the council. The special meeting marked the very first official council meeting held in the city’s new City Hall, located at 130 W. Muskegon St.
