Four Hospitalized After Three-Vehicle Crash in Solon Township

Four people were taken to the hospital following a three-vehicle crash on 17 Mile Road on Saturday, Aug. 22.

The crash occurred on 17 Mile Road between Hanna Avenue and Pine Island Drive. The Solon Township Fire Department responded to the scene at approximately 11:54 a.m.

According to the Kent County Sheriff’s Office, 10 people were involved in the crash. Four were transported to the hospital, while six others were evaluated or accounted for at the scene and were not transported.

The cause of the crash was not immediately known. The Kent County Sheriff’s Office said the crash remains under investigation.
