CEDAR SPRINGS — Nearly 200 residents came and went Thursday evening, May 14, for the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Cedar Springs’ new City Hall at 130 W. Muskegon St., to celebrate the transformation of a historic 1929 building into a modern civic center.
